An afternoon chat while Amanda draws Marcail on a magnetic sketch pad thingy (what are they called??? I don't remember). This was another favorite pastime while Amanda was here.
Oh my!!! Eggs with cheese, Scones and cream and lemon curd! What could be better?

At the GOG's welcome center. Marcail and Donovan were thrilled to see this lion. The cutest thing was hearing them roar at it : )

What we did every day.... Seafarers!!
This morning at 6am, about to drive to the Denver airport. I'd say we look pretty decent for staying up till midnight playing Seafarers and then getting up at 5!

SO fun! I love how time with old friends refreshes your soul :) Amanda is amazing... I watch her every week at gymnastics and am just so impressed with her patience and rapport with the kids. Glad you guys had a good time!!
it looks like you had a great time! We play seafaires also but it's called different.
but the nature park you went to that looks so beautifull!! It must be great to hike there!
Those mountains... :) The only ones i've seen where the alps from the airplane on our honeymoon... but this looks totally different..
